What do I want my legacy to be? Well, I want to have been of service to those in need.

But I also want to have been instrumental in introducing a new way of communicating in business: one that doesn’t rely on pain points or manipulation or making people feel less than, but instead leading with empathy and ensuring people feel seen and heard and understood. How about you?
